Recycle Projects
Christy of BumblesGroovyCrochet is making me very very busy these days.........
She asks us to collect grocery plastic bags and cut them out:--- see the pic.
( she says to cut 20-25 bags)
This is for the next CAL of the group. We have just started a new CAL yesterday. I will post some photos later on.
I know Patt and some others are using a cutter to cut the plastic bag. You can see from her blog here .
I don't have a cutter, so ..sigh!~~ sobbing too!~~~this is how I do.....

I am following this method of cutting plastic bag:
Instructions for making the plastic bag "yarn" See! doesn't this look the same as mine?? LOL!
I didn't throw the handle-part away. Cheryl says this can be tied on bags as bows or ribbons. Not a bad idea tho'.
If the CAL is making a bag like this ---Plastic Bag Tote,
then mine will be an orange bag.
I am using the same color of orange plastic grocery bags .
What do you think?? May be it will be a hat?? or a plastic blanket?? ( ouch!! My body starts to itch now!~~)
Can anyone reads Christy's mind??

I am SOOOO excited about this project!!! All of my bags are the white kind with some red and/or blue on the fronts. I haven't started cutting mine yet, but hope to start today or tomorrow. Your orange ones are going to make a great project.
