The "Shimmer" Shrug
I knitted this "Shimmer" shrug for my daughter-in-law,Shannon.
She wears it in her office today and emailed me the photo below........
If anyone is interested , here is the knitty.com's
"Shimmer" shrug pattern.
The pattern is easier than it looks..... so please don't be afraid to try it!
This green drop-stitch shrug/scarf (below)was knitted specially for Shannon too.
It can be worn as a shrug or a scarf.
You can see it more clearly in my earlier post:

Hello, Your shrugs are wonderful. Do you follow patterns for the doilies that you turn into shrugs? Do you where I could find a pattern like that? I love to knit and crochet. Do you have any pointers that could help me understand the constuction of the doily shrugs?
Thanks for you help,
Melissa

Dear Cyn,
I'm a 17 year old girl from KL also and i'm into fashion design. However, i would like to learn crochet as a hobby. I tried looking around for the best sources of crochet hooks and yarn but to no avail. Could you help recommend a few shops that sell crochet materials?
I hope you can help me! Thanks for your time! You can email me at shiamay@hotmail.com
And your welcomed to visit my blog too. Thanks so much!
