Circular Shrug with short sleeves

Another circular shrug done.
I posted my 1st one in the earlier post. Same color , but I used a bigger hook for this one.

    Thank you for sharing this beautiful pattern. I'm a rookie crocheter but love to try to make the pattern, but i stumble on the last part, could you please tell me what the symbol meant? The one in the most outer of the circle, 3 chains and..?

    Merry, it is 3 chains and 2 double crochet into the same stitch.
